How delivery works

• Orders placed on a business day before 12:00 are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00, or over a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched on the following business day.
• Delivery times are estimates from The Courier Guy, not guaranteed dates. Main centres are typically faster than outlying and rural areas.
• Every parcel is signature-required. An adult must sign and show positive identification. This is so your jewellery is not left with the wrong person.
• We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, post boxes or parcel counters. Please use a physical street address, estate, complex or business address, and include the unit number.
• You will receive a tracking number by email, and you can also find it under Order Status in your account. Track the parcel on The Courier Guy website.
• Please check the address before you pay. A wrong or incomplete address can delay delivery or result in a return, and a second delivery fee may apply.
• Parcels are packed in our signature packaging and handed to the courier as a tracked, signed-for consignment.

If something goes wrong Email info@bijouled.co.za with your order number. If a parcel is delayed, we will follow it up with the courier. If it is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, with photos if the parcel or piece is damaged, and we will sort it out with you.
